LOADING RULES:

• All accounts must match your legal name.
• (If there is a mismatch, a valid ID will be required.)
• No disputes allowed.
• Any disputes will result in immediate removal and blocking.
• No stacking loads onto platforms that have a $100 minimum.
• Each load must meet platform minimums independently.
• Minimum load: $25.
• Anything less will be held until the correct amount is received.
• ***TCT reserves the right to deny loading services, close accounts, or end membership at any time.***

WITHDRAWAL RULES:

• Withdrawals are processed through AAM our ATM partner.
• Minimum withdrawal: $50
• Maximum withdrawal: $700 (temporarily)
• Withdrawals are available 1pm-7pm M-F & 12pm-5pm Weekends.
• Three (3) methods of payment are STILL required on file for withdrawals.

PLATFORM USAGE:

• All systems used are manufactured in China.
• Two City Takeover operates under a sublease to use these platforms — we do not own the software.
• We are not responsible for any glitches that occur during gameplay.
• No glitches will be paid out under any circumstances.
• All loads are non-refundable.
• Once loaded, your credits are locked into gameplay.
